- 1 (15) oz can of pumpkin
- 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 c sugar
Topping:
- white cake mix (I think the french vanilla is the best!)
- 1 1/2 c chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
Mix until smooth. Pour into a grease 9x13 pan. Sprinkle white cake mix on top, then pecans. Pour butter over the top. Bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
