Brazilian Lemonade

  • 4 limes
  • 1 c sugar
  • 6 c cold water
  • 6 Tb sweetened condensed milk
1. Mix cold water and sugar very well. Chill until ready to use.
2. Wash limes thoroughly with soap (the whole lime is going in this, so wash off all that wax!). Cut the ends off the limes, then cut each lime into eighths.
3. Place 1/2 the limes in the blender. Add 1/2 of the sugar water. Pulse several times. Place a mesh strainer over the pitcher you are going to use, and pour the water/sugar/lime mixture through the strainer. Repeat with the rest of the limes and sugar-water.
4. Add milk and stir.
5. Serve immediately over ice.

(our best bites).

DELICIOUS!
